Lidia Bozhevolnaya

Lidia joined Hiscox in 2017 as Group Head of Strategy and Corporate Development. In that role she has built data & analytics team at the Group level, pushed innovation agenda through partnerships with insurtechs, and delivered a number of critical strategic projects. 

She moved to Hiscox Re as Head of Partnerships in 2019, where she is responsible for raising and managing third party capital. Lidia brings experience from banking and management consulting, where she worked prior to Hiscox across Scandinavia, Asia, Russia and the Middle East. She is a member of the LMG Insights & Outlook group, and was also a member of the UK Insurtech Board
