François-Xavier d’Huart joins as Head of France and Europe strategic projects, while Anne Charon has been appointed Head of Client Engagement, Europe for Everest Insurance International.

Everest is currently enhancing its value offering across France and Continental Europe as it seeks to meet growing market demands; these appointments underline this goal.

D’Huart joins Everest from Berkshire Hathaway, where he served as Head of France and Belgium. His appointment is effective July 1st, pending approval. He has over twenty years of global experience, having also had roles as Head of Broker and Client Management at XL Catlin in France and Head of Marine Asia at AXA in Singapore.

D’Huart will take over leadership responsibilities for Everest’s French operations from Anne Charon. She joined Everest in 2022 and has been promoted to Everest’s role of Head of Client Engagement, Everest Europe.

Charon has been key to Everest’s expansion in the French market, building an industry-leading team. She has worked in the industry for over 30 years and will now oversee the development and execution of Everest’s client and growth strategies across Continental Europe.
