Mathilda is a founding member of BIMA. She is instrumental in growing the business from a small start-up to a global organisation reaching over 40 million customers in emerging markets. 

As Deputy CEO and Regional Manager for Africa and Pakistan, Mathilda is responsible for BIMA’s rapid expansion in these regions as well as driving BIMA’s overall strategic growth. Mathilda sits on the board  of the Microinsurance Network.

Before joining BIMA, Mathilda worked for Value Partners (formerly Spectrum Strategy Consultants), where she gained vast experience in developing corporate strategy and managing complex projects with the Telecoms and Media sectors.

Mathilda holds a BSc in International Management with American Business Studies from the Manchester Business School.
